Individual Therapy
The therapists in our group practice utilize a unique approach of combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness practices to achieve each person’s individual goals.
Whether you have hit a roadblock in your life and seem to be "stuck" or have ongoing struggles with relationships, anxiety, depression, and/or work stress, individual therapy can help you. Your therapist will work with you to address these issues, find deeper understanding, and learn new skills to manage life's stressors. The goal of therapy is to improve the overall quality of your life.
Each therapist gets to know their clients on an individual basis. It is the therapist's job to meet the client where they are at in life by understanding each individual's strengths, weaknesses, values, and what's important to them. From there we explore how to make changes in our client's lives that allow them to gain greater control over their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
