Elizabeth Irving, LMFT

“The dark night of the soul comes just before the revelation. When everything is lost, and all seems darkness, then comes the new life and all that is needed”- Joseph Campbell.Managing emotions can sometimes feel like an uphill battle. And yet, feeling disconnected from our authentic selves can feel like a profound sense of loss as we long for meaning, connection, and purpose. This is our greatest calling as conscious beings and it is not always easy to find someone or something that will guide us through the trials and tribulations of self-discovery.
It is my calling and passion to offer a supportive, safe space to venture into psyche. Through a collaborative process, we will cultivate hope, meaning, and transformation as we explore the deeper narratives of your life. It is not uncommon for our unconscious patterns of behavior to limit or sabotage reaching our highest potential.
It is my hope that you will awaken to a more authentic sense of self and learn a felt sense of safety as you engage in life with new perspective and deeper meaning. My therapeutic style is warm, accepting, and supportive. It would be the highest privilege to facilitate your healing process and be with you along your journey.
