Kelly Royere, AMFT


Kelly is a SoCal local, born in the South of France and raised in Los Angeles with a French cultural upbringing. She attended Chapman University for her undergraduate education. Kelly completed her undergraduate studies at Chapman University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Medical Anthropology, a major she created. A year later, she returned to Chapman and studied towards a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. 


She is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. 


She is a compassionate, warm, and down-to-earth therapist who enjoys working collaboratively with her clients to help them reach their therapeutic goals. During Kelly’s training, she adopted a predominantly solution-focused lens, but has found herself able to use other approaches to fit a client’s needs. She has helped a variety of clients ranging from high school age to older adults with a variety of issues including depression, trauma, anxiety, family discord, relationship distress, premarital counseling, and sexuality. 


She has a passion for working with individuals as well as couples to improve, empower, and help them achieve satisfying relationships. She strives to create a non-judgemental and safe space for clients as well as encourage them to identify and build upon their strengths to create positive growth and changes in their lives. 


She is currently receiving comprehensive training in sex therapy to become certified by the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT).
